Flu Clinic

There is a walk in clinic from 9.00 - 12.00 on Saturday 23rd September for all eligible patients from either our Roebuck or Guestling surgery.

If you require a flu jab and are not able to attend this clinic, please contact the surgery for an appointment.

New Patient Registrations

Due to the close supervision order for Dr A Chopra, we are no longer accepting new patients onto our list. This is so that we can continue to offer the same high standards of care to our existing patients. We have agreed our position with the Hastings & Rother Clinical Commissioning Group. If you are a registered patient and have a new baby they will continue to be accepted on to the practice list in the usual way. Please see the latest news section for further details.

Our latest CQC report can be viewed here: CQC Inspection 16/05/2017

For an appointment (or to request a telephone call from a member of the healthcare team) please ring the surgery as early as possible on the day that you want to be seen.

The surgery operates a 10 minute system and pre-bookable appointments can be made up to three months in advance. If you feel that you would need longer than 10 minutes, please inform a member of staff when you book your appointment. For list of clinic times see opening hours.

Please note the extended hours on Thursday evenings which are 17.30 - 18.30 at Roebuck Surgery and from 07.30 - 08.30 at Roebuck on a Wednesday and Monday, Tuesday and Friday are for pre-booked appointments only.

Practice Doctors and Maria Bull the Nurse Practitioner are available at both surgeries at various times. Please check who is on duty when booking an appointment.

Patient Online Service

Please select the Access Online Appointments System link at the top of this page to access the Patient Online Service.

With Patient Access, you can now access your local GP services at home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. What's more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.

Patients can pre-book appointments with the Doctor or Maria Bull using the Patient Online Service.

Please ask a receptionist for a form to enable you to log into the Patient Online Services.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly, please speak with the receptionist for advice if you feel your appointment may be more suitable for a nurse.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
